Lincoln Alumnus Manuel Martinez, Jr. next Police Chief of Daly City

Lincoln Law School Alumnus Manuel Martinez Jr. has been appointed Police Chief of Daly City. He will leave his post as captain with the San Jose police department and take over as chief of Daly City on November 23, 2009
