The Campus
Location
The Law School is conveniently located in downtown San Jose
at the corner of North First and Santa Clara. It is easily
accessible from Highways 101, 880, 680, 280 and 87. It is
also accessible by public transportation and is located
right next to a light rail stop (which now has 24-hour service)
and are at the intersection of several bus lines.

Because of its convenient location, the Law School has drawn
students from as far north as San Francisco and the East
Bay Area, and as far south as Salinas and Santa Cruz.
There is adequate parking available in the parking
lot directly behind the Law School and in a multi-level
parking garage around the corner (which is free after 6:00
p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends). In addition,
there are several smaller parking lots within walking distance,
and some metered parking available (which is free after
6:00 p.m.).
Facilities
The Law School is located in a spacious, customized two-story
suite in a downtown office building. The Law School's suite
contains classrooms, administrative and faculty offices,
a student lounge and office, and a law library equipped
with computers.
The Law School's James F. Boccardo Memorial Library is open
to students, faculty and alumni during school hours. Extended
hours are provided during examination periods.
The library contains over 20,000 volumes, including decisions
of federal and state courts, federal and California statutes,
encyclopedias, digests, law reviews, treatises, and other
legal reference materials.
Also located in the library is the Law School's enclosed
media center equipped with computers for conducting Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
on-line legal research and training. As part of the Law
School's Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis programs, each student is provided with
an individual password and software for use on their home
computer as well.
The library is
staffed and maintained by a part-time librarian to provide reference and on-line legal
research assistance to students.
The Law School does not have a permanent bookstore on campus.
However, the Law School makes arrangements through a nearby
law bookstore to have all required books available for purchase
at the Law School during the week before the commencement
of classes. Thereafter, students may purchase their books
from the bookstore directly.
The Law School does not have dormitory facilities. However,
a wide range of housing options are available in the San
Jose area.

10:00 P.M.
Friday 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Saturday 10:00 A.M. to
5:00 P.M.
Sunday 12:00 Noon to 5:00 P.M.
