The Registrar is responsible for a wide range of record
keeping including, name and address changes, registration,
recording of grades, schedule adjustments during the drop/add periods, withdrawals,
transcripts, transcript requests, requests for Letters of
Good Standing, and enrollment certifications.
For your convenience, various forms are available on the school's web site for downloading
and printing. You can click on "General Forms" on the left side of this page.
