This policy governs Lincoln Law Schoolís collection, use and disclosure of personal information, received from or collected by us. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. What Information we collect and how we use it.

When you visit the School's web site, we do not collect any personal information about you unless you contact us by either calling a telephone number listed on the website; or by sending us an e-mail by clicking on a link on one of the pages on our site, or on a vendorís proxy site.  If you choose to contact us by way of e-mail, we will use information you provide only for the purpose of responding to your e-mail communication, and tracking the effectiveness of our marketing. We never share personal information you provide in an e-mail with third parties for commercial use.

Lincoln Law School may enlist the services of vendors to help us track and collect traffic data.  Traffic data is information that does not identify you personally but may include your IP address, ISP and other similar types of information that help us administer our site, and improve our service offerings. We use cookies and web-beacons to track traffic data and customer transactions. No personal information that identifies a visitor to our site customer is revealed in the collection and use of traffic data, unless you contact us by telephone or e-mail as indicated above. We do share anonymous traffic data with our vendors, solely to determine the number of visitors to our site, the average time spent on the site, the pages viewed and so on. This information is used to improve our site and make it more useful to users.
